Kaplan Real Estate was started in 2010 to provide consumers like you with exemplary service without the hefty price tag demanded by larger brokerages. I don't split my side of your commission with my broker - I am the broker. So, for sellers, I can reduce my listing side of your commission down to 1.5%, and for buyers, I can offer a 10% buyer side commission rebate to you at closing, subject to your lender's approval.

I've been a Davis resident since 1996. When I'm not assisting my clients, I'm usually spending time with my family. My hobbies include kayaking, in-line skating and birding. I have an MS in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (Go Badgers!), and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Go Illini!).

I am proud to serve on the Yolo Association of REALTORS board as a director for the 2010-2011 term. Thank you, fellow REALTORS, for honoring me with this nomination.
